About Us

Gene Zapparelli owns West End Wood Products, a state of the art manufacturing facility, and has been building custom cabinets for over 30 years.

His background as a machinist and love for fixing equipment of all types gives him a wide range of skills. You will see these demonstrated in his attention to detail, work ethic, quality craftsmanship, and creative solution generation.

All of our employees are highly skilled craftsmen with prior backgrounds in the construction trades. They know how to build projects that will work in the field.  

We are small enough to provide personal attention to every project and large enough to handle any size job, be it residential or commercial, remodel or new construction. 

We work in partnership with homeowners, architects, designers, and contractors. Once the customer has confirmed designs, materials, and hardware etc., the building begins!    

We use only top quality natural woods, exotic hardwoods, custom finishes, and top of the line hardware on our cabinetry. 

We work exclusively with W Best Finishing to provide custom color matching & image creations.

The coloring processes include: dyes, antiquing, stains, bleaching, glazes, crackling, and more. The coating materials are conversion varnish, lacquers, paints, and other catalyzed coatings.

Go Green! There are also environmentally friendly, non-toxic water based coatings and no added urea-formaldehyde plywood.
