New Project Survey Download instructions

For a new project, please download and complete the survey document below to provide some basic information so we can properly evaluate and estimate your project.
After downloading the file to your computer, open the form and click in the editable fields (i.e., light blue color) to add your name, contact information, and project specifics (i.e., via check boxes).
Save the file, rename it and email it to us at gene@westendwood.com along with any job plans or drawing files you have that include cabinet elevations.
If you have questions about what the survey is asking you about, please refer to the Client Education page. The Cabinets 101 booklet was designed as a companion to the survey. It should help answer most questions.
